Available Position

We’re hiring for the following roles:

  • Licensed or Pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed or Pre-licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Independent Contractor Position Only)

All roles begin remotely, with the possibility of transitioning to an in-person office space in Fall 2025 or Winter 2026
Full-time positions only

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations

  • Maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week

  • Lead one group therapy program per quarter

  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision

  • Support brand visibility and client engagement efforts through occasional content creation or event participation

  • Maintain timely clinical documentation, billing, and scheduling via Simple Practice

  • Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in New York State (LMHC, LMFT) or permit-holding under supervision (MHC-LP)

  • Strong interest or training in AEDP, somatic therapy, experiential or psychodynamic modalities

  • Commitment to depth-oriented, and trauma-informed care

  • Experience or genuine interest in working with founders, entrepreneurs, or creative professionals

  • Entrepreneurial spirit — whether that’s building something, launching a project, or contributing creatively to a team

  • Basic understanding of business or startup culture (or willingness to learn)

  • Strong boundaries, high integrity, and a desire to grow personally and professionally
